Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 9, 2026
We are committed to making this application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we take
- Text and interactive controls are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast minimums.
- All form fields have programmatically associated labels, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- The interface is keyboard operable, with visible focus indicators.
- Animations are disabled for users who enable the reduced-motion preference in their operating system.
- Pages use semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and a declared language.
Scope
This is an access-controlled workforce management system. The publicly reachable pages (this page, the privacy notice, the sign-in page, and the offline break-system fallback) are maintained to the standard above. Authenticated areas of the application are actively reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere in this application, please contact your agency administrator or email tony@lgtms.com with a description of the issue and the page where it occurred. We aim to respond within five business days and to remediate confirmed barriers promptly.
