This application is a private, access-controlled workforce management system used for scheduling and staffing operations. It is not offered to the general public.
What we collect
- Account information: the email address and login credentials issued to you by your agency administrator.
- Workforce data: scheduling information (shifts, rotations, breaks, overtime, attendance) entered by authorized users as part of normal operations.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: session cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not share data with third-party advertisers. Because no non-essential cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is required.
How data is used and shared
Data is used solely to operate the scheduling and staffing functions of the application. It is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and is protected by authentication and row-level security. We do not sell or rent any data. Data may be disclosed where required by law or by your agency's records policies.
Access and retention
Access to data is limited to authenticated users according to their assigned role. To review, correct, or request deletion of information about you, contact your agency administrator.
