Terms of Use
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Ownership
This application, including its software, design, and all associated materials (collectively, the “Software”), is proprietary software owned and operated by Legitimous. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Legitimous. All rights reserved.
Workforce data entered into the Software (schedules, rosters, and related records) remains the property of the agency that entered it. These terms claim ownership of the Software itself — not your agency's data.
License
Access to the Software is licensed, not sold. Authorized users at a participating agency are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for that agency's internal scheduling and staffing operations. No other rights are granted.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
- Do not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Do not share login credentials outside of the accounts and roles your agency administrator has authorized.
- Do not use the Software for any purpose other than your agency's authorized operations.
Availability and warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While the Software supports scheduling operations, it does not replace your agency's official policies, records, or judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legitimous is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Software.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
